S1-S3 Christmas Disco

The Pupils’ Committee is organising a Christmas disco for students in years S1/S2/S3. The event will take place this Friday, 26th of November from 19:00 to 22:15 in the school canteen.

Tickets are limited and can be purchased at 11:10 and 13:00 on Wednesday and Thursday in B-block for a price of 7€.

This is a CovidCheck event, meaning that if you are over the age of 12 years and 2 months, a Covid-19 certificate with a QR code will be required. If you are under the age of 12 years and 2 months, no certificate is required, but it is recommended to perform a rapid antigen test at home prior to arrival.

CHRISTMAS DISCO FOR S1, S2, S3 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES:

This party is for you to enjoy, and at the same time to collect money to donate to the charity Actions sans Frontières. Please, help us achieve both goals by respecting all rules and procedures.

  • Time: 26th of November, 19:00-22:15. To speed up the Covid check procedures, please arrive at your assigned time slot:

    S1 – 18:40 / S2 – 18:50 / S3 – 19:00.

    Leaving before 21:15 will not be possible. We expect all students to be out of the school by 22:25. Please take into account that, for security reasons, no student can leave the school if their parent is not at the gate.

  • Venue: canteen of the secondary school. To enter the premises, please show your ticket and student card at the gate; don’t forget them! It is not allowed to walk in the yard or to go anywhere else in the school. Only access to the canteen is authorized.
  • Tickets are sold by the Pupils’ Committee at 11:10 and 13:00 in the school (in B-block) on Wednesday and Thursday. The price is 7 €.

  • Covid-check: if you are over the age of 12 years and 2 months, you have to show a Covid-certificate with a QR code to enter. A certificate can be obtained following a full vaccination, a recovery from Covid-19, a PCR test maximum 72h beforehand or a certified rapid antigen test maximum 48h beforehand. Please note that there will be no testing on site. For more info on CovidCheck, please see the government’s website.

    If you are younger than 12 years and 2 months, you do not have to present a Covid certificate to enter, but it is recommended to perform a rapid antigenic test at home prior to arrival.

  • Cloakroom: your jacket will be kept, free of charge, in the cloakroom; please respect the queue. Be aware that you can collect your items only one time. As the event is Christmas themed, feel free to come dressed up accordingly!
  • Snacks and drinks will be sold during the event but cannot be brought inside the dancing floor.
  • Remember that alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden. During the disco, it is not allowed to go outside on the yard.

DISCO DE NOËL POUR S1, S2, S3 - INFORMATIONS & RÈGLES:

Cette soirée est un moment de plaisir et en même temps, un moyen de récolter de l’argent pour aider les projets soutenus par « Actions sans Frontières ». Merci de nous aider à atteindre ce but en respectant les règles.

  • Heure : Vendredi 26/11/2021, 19h00 - 22h00. Afin d’accélérer le processus Covid check, veuillez arriver au créneau horaire qui vous est attribué :

    S1 – 18h40 / S2 – 18h50 / S3 – 19h00.

    Une sortie anticipée ne sera possible qu’à partir de 21 h 15. Tous les élèves devront être sortis à 22h25. Pour des raisons de sécurité, chaque élève doit être accompagné de ses parents ou par les parents d’un copain à la sortie de l’école.

  • Lieu : cantine du secondaire de l’école Luxembourg 1 Kirchberg. Pour entrer, munissez-vous de votre ticket d’entrée et de votre carte d’étudiant ; ne les oubliez pas ! Il est interdit de se promener dans la cour, d’y stationner et d’aller ailleurs dans l’école. Seul l’accès à la cantine est autorisé.
  • Les billets d’entrée sont vendus par le Comité des Élèves à 11h10 et 13h00 dans l’école (en bloc B) ce mercredi et jeudi. Le prix est de 7 €.

  • Covid-check : Si vous avez plus de 12 ans et 2 mois, vous devez présenter un certificat Covid-19 (passeport sanitaire) avec un code QR pour entrer. Un certificat peut être obtenu après une vaccination complète, un rétablissement du Covid-19, un test négatif PCR maximum 72h à l’avance ou un test négatif rapide antigénique certifié 48h maximum à l’avance. Il n’y aura pas de possibilité d’effectuer des tests Covid-19 sur place. Pour plus d’informations sur le CovidCheck, consultez le site du gouvernement.

    Si vous avez moins de 12 ans et 2 mois, vous n’avez pas besoin de présenter de certificat Covid-19, mais il est recommandé d’effectuer un test rapide antigénique à domicile au préalable.

  • Vestiaire : votre veste sera conservée, gratuitement, au vestiaire ; merci de respecter la file d’attente. Un seul passage est autorisé pour récupérer son vêtement. L’événement étant sur le thème de Noël, n’hésitez pas à vous déguiser !
  • Des collations et des boissons seront vendues lors de l’évènement mais ils seront interdits sur la piste de danse. N’oubliez pas que l’alcool, les cigarettes et les drogues sont totalement interdites à l’école. Pendant la soirée, il sera interdit de sortir dans la cour.
  • Des élèves plus âgés et des adultes (parents – professeurs) organisent cette soirée, merci de les respecter pour que cette soirée disco soit un succès.
