The E-School website project is moving forward — it’ll make school updates and events easily avaliable. Once the school shares the info, Malwina will upload everything. Next year during Valentine’s Week we’ll sell more roses on site. S4S5 Party prep continues: deco, DJs, and shifts are sorted. S1S3 Party theme is “Blue Lagoon”. Euronight is nearly sold out; money handling and deco are in progress. LuxFactor forms are open. WBW needs room bookings and stickers....

S1S3 and S4S5 events are being planned, with venue and snacks being arranged. Euronight promotion will be ramped up to ensure a successful event. Merch will be distributed after the holidays, and students should come during the set days. WBW will feature various activities and talks. LuxFactor applications will open soon. The school is reviewing B-tests after complaints and standardizing S6 trips. The phone policy remains, with minimal confiscations. Fire alarm issues were resolved, and new language and exam options are being considered. Event planning continues, including Valentine’s Week, merch distribution, and Wellbeing Week with workshops and activities. Financial planning is ongoing, with major events requiring careful budgeting. Student engagement initiatives, including a class rep meeting and media projects, are also in progress.

Today was another short meeting. We discussed some future secret events… including and Eco event and EURONIGHT! Our PR Team is planning mulimedia content and we are making a PC Hoodie. Unfortunately we had to discontinue one of our planned events due to EU regulations, but not to worry, we came up with another event in its place. In two weeks we meet to play Lasergame together :))

Today was a shorter meeting because of the preBACs. As usual, we brainstormed ideas for future events, their structures, venues and themes. The school merch should be avaliable soon, we have the confirmation. We are planning the annual Wellbeing-Week and many more exiting events!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! This week we reprioritised the bathrooms be refilled with hygene products, we’ll see how that goes… We also had a recap of the Hygene and Security Council, CoSup shannigans and CoSupX. We are looking for dates for parties and events as well as their overall structure. The PCTV has officially started filming, and we are in the process of seeking collaboration from BACCOM for an upcoming event.
