Meeting Minutes 09/11/2015
Next meeting next week in E009!
- CoSup Meeting on 28th of November in Brussels. Their main task will be to advertise Europarty for next year.
- 16+ Feedback Really good! Around 80 Polaroid pics, a little extra profit on that. We didn’t run out of drinks, which was good. Be careful not to have any strangers behind the drinks table please. Also, next bracelets will have a security thing on them to prevent copying. Working on future 16+ Next 16+ on the 18th December ? Posters needed for this.
- Disco - 4th of December, theme: Christmas Start to organise, contact school. ambulance, guards, food and drinks, tix etc. All profits to ASF.
- IT Brussels in charge of website via Alcazar. We will go separate from the school, independent web hosting. More info on that soon.
- Cafferky video done Given to him this week.
- PCTV meeting next week.
- Mamer Pupcom Snapchat for our pupils’ committee.
- Two messages sent to admin Guard problems, we are treated like terrorists etc…, no freedom, badge control, signed by “all students in the school.” Problem: These students didn’t come to us, probably not aware of our committee. Find ways to inform them
- Canteen committee Littering in cafeteria, cameras in there in the future, no new microwave for canteen.
