Meeting Minutes 05/04/2017
- Hoodies Leo & co went to accountant manager- we’ll transfer hoodie money to CoSup, who will pay online. Will be delivered to Max’s house. Will arrive soon after holidays (2nd-3rd weeks) Next year: account independent from the school. Related to APEEE. We will be much more lenient with our transfers. Idea: share account with Lux 2 PC group. To be discussed.
- Discos 5th May (1st - 3rd year). Kirchberg.
- Barbecue 6th May (?) Locations: MARX? In a Field?
- We gave 3,6k to charity. It’s not obligarory to donate money to Action Sans Frontiéres!
- LuxFactor 1. The Däds 2. Mahila 3. Janina Made a loss. 99 tickets left in Lux 1. Lost €68. (Last year we lost more). But it was fun, which makes up for it !!
PC speeches at proclamation (?) Might have missed the application deadline. No one knows about this except for Victoria. Max will talk to Putseys. Will post about this on the FB group.
