Meeting Minutes 17/01/2018
Our next class rep meeting will be on the 8-9th of February - we need to make posters and book the room.
No news about the school hoodies, they will probably take at least a month.
We payed 100€ for our newspaper advert.
Leisure:
- We have a lot to do in the coming months, it’s best to start ASAP
- All receipts should be given to the treasurers.
- Lux 2 still haven’t given us the money for 16+
- The 4th of May is a fun day to have a 16+, so we need to find a club. Before that, we should check with Mamer.
- We’ll start working on LuxFactor after the holidays.
- We’ll discuss Prom at the class rep meeting, maybe the 23rd of March would be a good date.
- “For the record”, we should have booked everything at the start of the year.
- We’ll make a last 16+ at the end of the year, if we can.
Euronight:
- We need to make a design for the wristbands.
- The price will be 15€, because Luxembourg students won’t want to pay any more.
- Theme: Aesthetic? Sassy and Classy?
- We’ll have several photographers and a photobooth, because Euronight is to make memories.
- Decorations: Confetti cannons, light sticks, what else?
Conseil d’Administration:
- Katarina and Sara are going.
- Bac orals : we have the staff and the Parents’ Association on our side. However, Mamer’s BacCom President sent an email to the complaints board, which is the nuclear option. It wasn’t very helpful.
For the Conseil d’Education, two people that don’t have pre-bacs need to go (it’s on the 25th of January).
The library meeting is on the 7th of February.
We have to make posters for the canteen about socialising.
Our next meeting will be on the 5th of February, after the pre-bacs.
