Meeting Minutes 19/02/2018
There’s CoSup meeting coming up soon, but we don’t have anything in particular to discuss yet. Marks will put anything important on our Facebook group. Nothing is changing in the mock orals this year, but the situation next year is not too clear.
Hoodies are ready to be delivered near the school and Silke needs some people to carry boxes. Roughly 300 are ready, the rest will come in March.
The Library Committee meeting has been moved to the 5th of March. It’s an important part of school so we want it always to be open. We also want a colour printer, and someone at the class rep meeting suggested a second librarian.
We’ll vote on a PC hoodie design this week, so that we can start ordering them.
A cold, empty beer bottle was found before 2pm by a counsellor in the 6-7th year room, if it happens again they might close the room “for ever” or “for a long time”. We’ll make a poster warning everyone.
The 1-3rd year disco went well, but our DJ was better. The last disco of the year will probably be in Lux 1.
For the next 16+ (St Patrick’s Day, on the 16th of March), we can make it more expensive because it’s a freebeer. Silke and Eskil should be kept informed about money decisions.
We’ll have two more PC dinners this year, trying out new places.
LuxFactor will be on the 13th of April - we have to figure out who the judges and presenters will be.
The socialising posters for the canteen have to be finished.
For the 4-5th year prom we have to find a way to prevent wild behaviour and alcohol. 23rd March is a good date, but it’s not at all for sure.
Euronight:
- Most of the 6th year trips are leaving earlier than the 21st of April and some 7th years also have a trip
- We have have the tickets finished really soon
- 800 tickets is a good amount
- We’re still looking for a food stand
- We’ll also get a photobooth and a few photographers
Our next PC meeting is on Wednesday the 28th of February.
