Meeting Minutes 19/03/2018

Written on the 19th of March 2018 by PC 2017-18

Newspaper:

  • The newspaper needs sponsors to make ends meet
  • Normally they ask for 190 €
  • We could give space for other school groups, like Amnesty or the Environmental group
  • We decided that we’ll support them this year, but next year’s PC will have to see for themselves

LuxFactor:

  • Judges: Kadri, Tristan, Adrian, Liza
  • Hosts: Antonio, Guoda
  • Hosts need to be prepared to improvise, but should learn at least most of their lines.
  • The date is the 13th of April

16+:

  • Not handled very well by Tilt: nobody was working at the vestiaire, lots of underage people went
  • We need some indication for the staff from the PC
  • They didn’t really know who we are, we’re like 40 PC members so anyone could say they were staff and they didn’t trust us
  • Privatising with ISL could be possible in the future
  • We need to emphasise that it’s a party for our school
  • We’ll contact mysterious clubs near Art Scene for future 16+s

Hoodies:

  • We’ll get them by the end of the week, in case we need to order more over the holidays.
  • Not all of them are exactly the same, but it’s fine.
  • We’ll hand them out after the holidays.

No major news about Euronight.

Katarina has a meeting about the Bac proclamation this Wednesday.

Our next meeting is on the Monday after the holidays, the 9th of April.
