Meeting Minutes 07/05/2018
The football tournament is on Thursday, PC members should go (free food!).
CONFIDENTIAL: The bac com needs money, we don’t know exactly how much yet. We need to keep some money for our projects, like the newspaper and stuff, and for next year, but we’ll give them some.
We’re having our last PC dinner on Wednesday the 9th at 9 in Hitch. I’ll make a poll and then book a table.
We’re going to have PC awards this year, you’ll be able to vote soon for the randomest categories.
We went through the Electoral Board speeches, and the winners were:
- Alix
- Marks
- William
Well done to all that ran! People who did not get in HAVE to run next year. It’s obligatory.
We’ve made some decisions about next year’s PC. We’re axing Internal Relations and adding a PR member, adding a Junior Leisure member, and converting a Conseil Representative to a Junior Conseil Representative. We’ll also change the rules so that the Vice-president can’t be a 7th year if the President is.
For the PC hoodies, give 21€ to Kadri as soon as possible so that she can make the order.
Our LAST meeting will be on Wednesday next week, the 16th of May.
