Meeting Minutes 12/10/2018

We have been given permission to paint the PC room at A107b and to install a fake camera in the Senior Student room

Key points of the COSUP Meeting last week:

  • Mental health, school psychologists are ineffective at dealing with depression

  • Recycling isn’t done effectively across all schools

  • Our Marks has been elected CoSup President!

  • Logo submissions for CoSup hoodies are still open (deadline: this sunday)  edit: Logo submissions are now closed

  • Festival Project, 16+ post bac party with dj’s and music. Preferably a sunny place. Will people come?

  • Euronight, everyone loved the one we organised last year and it is almost certain that this year’s will also be in Luxemburg. We are thinking about hiring multiple clubs this time. Euronight would happen in the weekend of March 16 or 23

We have been allowed to organise the prom for the S4 and S5 in the gym.

The PC team will have their picture taken on Wednesday 13:00 (D209)

Meeting Educatif on Thursday, Elise will go. Deadline for the questions we have to send in advance is Tuesday

The PC wish to rectify a statement by the school saying we agreed to the new phone rules.

Samples have arrived for the PC Shop expansion project and we have narrowed down the list to a selection of items we think students will appreciate:

  • USB Card, 32 GB, would cost us €10
  • Battery Pack (small)
  • Waterbottles (625ml), We would sell these for €10, The Ecological group has shown interest in this item, collab?
  • Hoodies, we’re thinking about giving ‘tic-tacs’ as a surprise gift
  • Wireless Chargers?

Alix proposed that a terrace be built next to the senior student room. We will have to see if the school allows this and how much we could afford to spend on it. A petition will be hanging in the room to see how many people would really want this. The furniture would have to be donated by students

 

Issues and suggestions:

  • Wifi login not working: Talked to the IT guys, wifi should be working. Try going to a school computer, log in and accept the IT agreement.

  • Have Sodexo add optional cheese with the noodles

  • Organise a Christmas event for the S1-2-3
