Meeting minutes 07/11/2019

S1-S3 Disco:
- From 19.00 to 22.00.
- It’s going to be great, be there if you can.
- Next week we’ll be selling the tickets everyday in D-block during the short break for 7€ a piece.
- NO Energy Drinks or Alcohol are allowed. If you see someone with alcohol make sure to tell one of us or another supervisor.
- NO Food or Drinks are allowed on the dance floor.
- There will be snacks such as M&M’s, Snickers, Chips… and drinks like Capri Sun and Coca-Cola.
- There is a DJ competition open at this moment, check Instagram @pc.kirchberg for info.
- PC Members! -> Try to be there by 18.00 and make sure to check your Slack during the disco.
- We need to take down all of the names while selling tickets.
We still need a venue for Euronight, we should check out White. M-Club would also be fine in the eyes of multiple CoSup members.
