Meeting minutes 31/01/2022
Hey guys, this is our first meeting after the prebacs! We talked about the merch distribution starting tomorrow, administration board meeting, educational council meeting, pctv and events.
Administration meeting
- the written and oral exam will take place normally but if the external examiner cannot attend in situ, either they will attend online, or they will be replaced by an internal examiner (teacher in the school)
- there is a new secretary deputy
- rapid tests need to be done by more students since the cases are so high in our school at the moment
- one extra full time psychologist is trying to be employed for next school year
Educational council meeting
- covid related issues, such as replacement of teachers who are sick and rapid tests
- BYOD project
- recommendation of new device so the teacher can easily work with it?
- Swimming lessons will not be cancelled for the moment
- the parents and the teachers believe that there is no problem with swimming during the pandemic
- Eurosport is not cancelled but it is being discussed
- MEC is postponed to the first week of May
- the amount of members is being considered
- S6 trips - one day in lux and maybe a big trip in the beginning of S7
- Sports day - teacher and staff participation

- Teacher awards
- Director interview
- Man on the street
- 20 questions; teacher vlogs
Events
- selling roses for valentines; secret roses?
- prom - venues and prices are being discussed
- luxfactor - needs to be figured out; plan to submit
- well-being event - organization
