Hey guys this is what we talked about in today’s meeting, luxfactor, sports events, 16+ event…

Luxfactor

  • masks will be mandatory during the event
  • all names need to be written down during the sales
  • voting system - physical voting or otherwise online forms
  • 20 minute interval

Sport events

  • football tournament?
  • basketball tournament?
  • teachers vs students
  • sports day - mock eurosport - luxosport?
  • team arrangement - sign up sheets?

16+ event

  • contract needs to be sent to den atelier tonight
  • 21h-3h
  • in school ticket sales for lux1 and lux2, for other schools online form
  • need to find a photographer
  • theme - something springy and floral?
  • order wristbands

Electoral council

  • it will soon be selected
  • pc members must prepare speeches
