2022 LUXFACTOR
The Pupils’ Committee is excited to announce that we will soon be hosting our annual talent show competition, LuxFactor! This edition will, as you might imagine, be slightly different due to the pandemic at hand, but the principle behind it stays the same: it is an event to promote the amazing and diverse talents of the amazing and diverse students at our school! Note, however, that due to the coronavirus situation, the details of the event are subject to change at any time, including a possible cancellation, depending on the evolution of the situation, and the decisions of the Luxembourgish government.
The show will take place on Friday, the 1st of April, beginning at 19:00, and it will be at the Lux 1 Salle des Fêtes. Students from Lux 2 are also welcome to apply as performers or to come as audience!
We will reward the best performers, as always, with well-deserved prizes:
- 1st place: 400 € !!!
- 2nd place: 200€
- 3rd place: 100 €
We will as always have our hilarious jury to judge on the performances, but it will be YOU as spectators who decide who the grand winners are.
Anything dangerous or involving fire is obviously not allowed, but you can do anything from singing to playing an instrument to stand-up comedy to magic to doing Rubik’s cubes to riding hoverboards to making bird noises while dressed as a pineapple (all of these have been done in the past). Performances should be up to about 10 minutes long, but if you are doing music, we generally ask people to stick to just one song. Additionally, for this year, we ask you to keep the number of participants per group under 8 people.
If you, or anyone you know, have a talent that can impress, and you want to have a chance to win up to 400€, sign up now at https://pcesl.cf/luxfactor-performers. The deadline for sign-ups is Saturday 19th at 23:59!
We will soon provide more details regarding the ticket sales in school.

Hoping to see many great talents at this year’s show!
