S1-S3 Christmas Disco – Santa’s Dancefloor
The Pupils’ Committee is organizing a Christmas disco for students in years S1/S2/S3. The event will take place this Friday, 25th of November from 19:00 to 22:15 in the school canteen of ESL1.
Tickets are limited and can be purchased at 11:10 on Wednesday and Thursday in B-block for a price of 7€.

Please make sure to pay attention to these additional details to ensure a smooth and fun event for everyone!
Tickets: The Pupils’ Committee will sell tickets for 7€ during the 20min break (11:30-11:30) starting this Monday (21st of November) until we run out of tickets. The tickets are being sold in B-Block on the side of the cafeteria.
Where? In ESL1’s school canteen. At the gate, security will be present, students will have to present your student ID card and the ticket. (In case the student cards should not arrive until Friday we will inform you accordingly.)
When? Friday 25/11/2021, 19:00 – 22:15. Please keep in mind that the gates will be opened from 18:40 to 19:20. For security reasons, when leaving, a parent needs to be waiting at the gate. Exiting before 21:15 will not be possible.
Cloakroom: You will be able to keep your jacket/bag saved and free of charge. You will only be able to come pick your things up once; please respect the queue.
Snacks/Drinks: we will be selling some snacks and drinks and all the profits will go to Actions sans Frontières. Eating or drinking in the dance floor isn’t allowed and remember that alcohol or drugs are strictly forbidden.

Billets : Le Comité des élèves vendra des tickets au prix de 7€ pendant la pause de 20 minutes (11:30-11:30) à partir de ce lundi (21 novembre) jusqu’à épuisement des tickets. Les billets seront vendus dans le bloc B, sur le côté de la cafétéria.
Où ? Dans la cantine de l’école ESL1. A la porte, la sécurité sera présente, les étudiants devront présenter leur carte d'étudiant et le ticket. (Au cas où les cartes d’étudiant ne seraient pas arrivées avant vendredi, nous vous en informerons sur des éventuelles changements)
Quand ? Vendredi 25/11/2021, 19:00 - 22:15. Veuillez garder à l’esprit que les portes seront ouvertes de 18:40 à 19:20. Pour des raisons de sécurité, lors du départ, un parent doit attendre à la porte. Il ne sera pas possible de sortir avant 21:15.
Vestiaire : Vous pourrez garder votre veste/sac en sécurité et gratuitement. Vous ne pourrez venir récupérer vos affaires qu’une seule fois ; merci de respecter la file d’attente.
Snacks/boissons : nous vendrons quelques snacks et boissons et tous les bénéfices seront reversés à Actions sans Frontières. Il est interdit de manger ou de boire sur la piste de danse et n’oubliez pas que l’alcool et les drogues sont strictement interdits.
